Grandmaster Yang Zhenduo is the foremost authority on Yang Style Tai Chi and the Official Represtatitive of Yang Family Tai Chi in the world. He lives in China and hosts Yang Style Tai Chi seminars worldwide. He is the star of the series of 8 sets (16 disks pack) of instructional DVDs produced by Zhongchuan Culture Ltd. and China Wushu Association. This series of DVDs has been designed for both experienced practitioners and beginners of Yang Style Tai Chi, and is part of the Wushu Gallery collection by China State Sports Council. The series of dvd is available in a full collection of 16 disks pack and individual set as well. It covers step by step instructions for each individual movement as well as explanations and breakdowns repeated from different camera perspectives and at different speeds with detailed commentary in Chinese (English Sub-title) to maximize the benefits of practice and implementation. The video footage was filmed in a professional studio in China with the latest DVD authoring techniques enabling you to navigate and watch the DVD easily and efficiently.

This series of DVDs has been designed for both experienced practitioners and beginners of Yang Style Tai Chi.
